Job Description:
We are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to manage and supervise installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair activities of oil filtration machines at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day mechanical site activities.
- Manage installation, servicing, and maintenance of oil filtration machines.
- Lead and coordinate technicians, helpers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams.
- Plan manpower, tools, materials, and consumables at site.
- Inspect equipment and support troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely completion of ARC/AMC service activities.
- Maintain site service reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and company procedures.
- Guide and train technicians/helpers as required.
Eligibility:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; B.Tech preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant site/industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience in mechanical equipment servicing is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical tools, drawings, and safety practices.
- Willingness to travel/stay at project and client locations.
- Knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an added advantage.
