Job Description:
- Learn and conduct customer demos & training (onsite and virtual).
- Support inside sales activities – customer enquiries, offer preparation, follow-up.
- Participate in sensor calibration, testing, and validation.
- Gather and share customer feedback with the R&D team.
- Assist in preparing case studies, brochures, and technical documentation.
- Build strong customer relationships during deployments and support activities.
