- The Telecaller is to bring vehicles into the workshop for servicing / body shop on a long term and sustainable manner
- Ensuring that the Database of the customers is maintained correctly
- Ensure that the booked customers are picked up the next day and to highlight any issued with drivers or with the pick-up coordinator, which could affect the load
- Educating and informing the customer of the importance of carrying our PMS on time.
