Job Description: Executive – Inquiry & Tender Management
Department: Operations / Coordination
Reporting To: Pre-sales Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator who will handle client inquiries received via email, maintain proper tracking in Excel, and identify tender opportunities. The role involves ensuring timely response to inquiries and identifying relevant tenders for business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor client emails and track all incoming inquiries.
· Maintain an Excel tracker with details like date, client name, issue, and status
· Assign/forward queries to the concerned team for resolution
· Follow up regularly to ensure timely closure of queries
· Update tracker with resolution status and closure date
· Maintain proper documentation of all communications
· Check tender portals/websites regularly
· Review tenders and analyze eligibility for bidding
· Share relevant tenders with management and update status
· Maintain a tender tracking sheet (applied / not applied / under review) with target dates
Skills Required
· Good communication skills (Email handling)
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel
· Attention to detail and tracking ability
· Basic understanding of tendering process (preferred)
· Coordination and follow-up skills
Experience & Qualification
1–3 years of experience in coordination / backend / operations role
Graduate in any stream
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
