Position Overview: We are looking for a creative thinker first—someone who brings a strategic and imaginative approach to visual storytelling, content planning, and digital communication. The ideal candidate will be able to connect ideas, narratives, and visual language in a way that enhances both engagement and impact.
In addition to this core thinking ability, the role demands a well-rounded creative professional who can independently conceptualize and execute integrated visual communication strategies across content, design, and outreach. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality and timely design outputs for both digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with content goals while actively contributing to the organization’s overall communication strategy and societal narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling and high-quality designs for social media, websites, reports, presentations, campaigns, and other communication materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute well-rounded visual content aligned with brand, communication goals, and program narratives
- Plan and manage the design calendar, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to defined timelines for all ongoing projects and campaigns
- Develop and standardize templates and visual themes for internal and external communications
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative outreach strategies and campaign ideas with a focus on engagement and impact
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while continuously improving layouts, typography, and visual styles
- Maintain consistency and efficiency in creative outputs, minimizing rework through clarity and alignment
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance content delivery and audience engagement
- Contribute to media performance analysis by reviewing design-led campaign outcomes and user engagement data, and incorporating learnings into future outputs
Ideal Candidate:
- A creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills and a strategic understanding of content planning and digital communication
- Masters’ degree preferred in Fine Arts, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in design, communication, or outreach
- Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables within timelines
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with social media formats, digital platforms, and outreach strategies
- Basic understanding of content performance and audience engagement metrics
