Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and target-oriented Client Advisory Executives to engage with prospective clients, understand their migration and education goals, and guide them through suitable services offered by the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, sales, and client relationship management skills. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior experience in Australia Migration sales, particularly for Nursing and other skilled migration pathways, will have a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound client enquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable migration or education solutions.
- Conduct consultations and provide accurate information regarding company services and processes.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Stay updated on migration and education industry trends, policies, and service offerings.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Freshers with a passion for sales and customer engagement are welcome to apply.
- Experience in tele-calling, counselling, client advisory, or sales roles will be preferred.
- Prior experience handling Australia Migration sales, especially Nursing and Skilled Migration programs, will be highly advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
