Spot Welder Responsibilities & Duties
- Set up and operate spot welding machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Measure and align metal parts prior to welding.
- Inspect welds for quality and specifications.
- Adjust machine settings for optimal weld quality.
- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and repairs.
- Collaborate with engineers and other personnel to improve welding processes.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols.
- Document work processes and production data.
- Train and mentor junior welders in proper techniques.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
