Job Title: Telecaller / Admission Counsellor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, guide them through course details, and convert leads into admissions. The role requires strong communication skills, regular follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up on assigned leads
- Counsel students on courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain accurate student records
- Submit daily reports on leads and conversions
- Add admitted students to WhatsApp groups
Requirements:
- Qualification: Plus Two and above
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Basic computer knowledge
Location: Chakkai, Trivandrum
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
