Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong Power BI expertise to design, build, and optimise data pipelines and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure data services, data modelling, and modern data warehousing practices, along with strong business intelligence capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows
Implement data warehousing solutions with strong dimensional modelling
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Work with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Data Lake for data processing
Integrate diverse data sources including Snowflake, Azure SQL, Kafka, MongoDB
Optimise data architectures for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices
Required Skills
Strong experience in Data Engineering & Data Modelling
Expertise in Snowflake and modern data warehouse concepts
Hands-on with Azure Data Services:
Azure Data Factory
Azure Databricks
Azure Data Lake Storage
Azure Synapse Analytics
Azure SQL Database
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL
Experience with Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX)
Exposure to Kafka and MongoDB
Knowledge of CI/CD – GitHub Actions
Understanding of data design patterns and architecture
Good to Have
Experience with PowerApps
Experience working in real-time data streaming environments
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
