Role: CRM Executive
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage client coordination and provide timely updates throughout the sales and documentation process.
· Handle real estate documentation, verification, and study of legal documents.
· Prepare and manage legal documents and drafts related to property transactions.
· Coordinate for Khata (Katha) applications, Encumbrance Certificate (EC) applications, and RERA-related processes.
· Assist clients with property registration procedures and coordinate with the Sub-Registrar Office (SRO).
· Maintain and verify property records, including survey records and related documents.
· Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and clients regarding home loans and banking procedures.
· Support customers with loan documentation and follow-ups.
· Maintain CRM records, track client interactions, and ensure smooth communication.
· Work closely with sales, legal, and operations teams for seamless property handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 2–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Relations in the real estate industry.
· Good knowledge of property documentation and legal processes.
· Understanding of Khata, EC, RERA, registration procedures, and survey records.
· Knowledge of home loans, banking processes, and customer documentation.
· Strong client handling and communication skills.
· Ability to coordinate with government offices and external stakeholders.
· Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
