- Design Projects & execute production: Liaison with external architects and architectural firms/ contractors/ direct clients and with our team at the factory to bring projects to life for clients.
- Create Technical Drawings: Use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to produce detailed drawings with accurate dimensions.
- Material Selection: Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to discuss design concepts, revisions, and project updates, gaining insights into client needs.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects/ contractors to obtain quotes, order samples, and schedule deliveries for materials and furnishings.
- Documentation Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, including design files and material samples.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to measure and photograph spaces, ensuring the design vision is executed accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Graduated from an accredited interior design program.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: Ability to think creatively while paying attention to detail in design execution.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Experience:
- Good experience in designing and delivery along with managing fabricators for design delivery.
- Capable of monitoring fabricators and skilled labourers within the factory and execute designs with polished finish.
- Excellent coordination skills with architects/ contractors/ clients and ensuring the work is of touch-notch quality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
