We are looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-focused Hotel Manager to handle our Front Office operations, including smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Job Responsibilities: Manage guest check-in & check-out efficiently Handle front desk operations and guest queries Ensure excellent customer service & guest satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping & other departments Maintain booking records and billing accuracy Handle online/offline reservations
Requirements: Experience in hotel front office or hospitality (preferred) Good communication & interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (booking software is a plus) Professional appearance & positive attitude Ability to handle guests politely and efficiently
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
