Sales Manager
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following tasks to expand our business globally, the both Japanese market and English-speaking market such as Europe, U.S., and Singapore, etc.
Developing and executing sales strategies.
Planning and implementing measures, analyzing results, carrying out improvement activities, and establishing the comprehensive cycle.
Managing and reporting the numerical data and the progress of the various activities.
Generating and nurturing leads, mainly online.
Interviewing, proposing, and closing leads.
Follow-up with clients
Supporting skill development for team members.
Required Skills and Experiences
Must have:
Sales experience over 5 years.
Sales experience in IT industry.
Experience in managing an organization.
Japanese (Proficient level) and working experience in Japanese.
English (Intermediate level or more) and working experience in English.
Ability to move forward with persistence, and try & error until success is achieved.
Positive attitude and ability to move forward to achieve success against difficulties.
Nice to have:
Adequate literacy in IT, including software development.
Experience in setting up a sales team.
Experience in business planning and promotion.
Experience in working with external vendors and partners (outsourcing management experience).
Business experience with foreign clients in English.
Experience of working abroad.
