Powered by a mesh of AI agents, Telosa detects intent, flags complaints early, routes leads to the right team, and gives leadership real-time, branch-level visibility into what's actually happening on the ground.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Product Executive to help us build and ship a product that's meant to feel simple, even when the AI underneath it isn't. You'll sit close to engineering, design, and customer-facing teams — turning real problems from real brands into features people actually use.
This isn't a role where you'll be buried in process. It's a role where you'll be in the room when decisions get made, and where your ideas get tested fast instead of sitting in a backlog.
What You'll Do
- Turn customer and market research into clear product requirements and user stories
- Work directly with engineers and designers to shape features from idea to release
- Run sprint planning, track progress, and keep everyone moving in the same direction
- Dig into product metrics and customer feedback to figure out what's working (and what isn't)
- Help with QA and rollout so features actually land the way they were meant to
- Talk to customers and internal teams often enough that you start anticipating what they'll ask for next
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of hands-on experience in product management (SaaS experience is a strong plus, but we care more about how you think than where you've worked)
- A genuine curiosity about how products get built and why users behave the way they do
- Comfort working with AI tools as part of your daily workflow — this isn't optional at Telosa, it's how we operate
- Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be translating between engineering, design, and business all day
- A bias toward action over polish — we'd rather you ship something imperfect and iterate than sit on a "perfect" plan
We're not looking for someone with a decade of frameworks memorized. Telosa's product is built to be straightforward and smart — we need PMs who match that energy: sharp, curious, and quick to learn, not people who've over-engineered their resume with jargon.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
