Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors, understand their requirements, and provide suitable two-wheeler options.
- Product Demonstration: Explain the features, technical specifications, and benefits of different models clearly to potential buyers.
- Sales Targets: Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive customer follow-ups and lead generation.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, handle customer objections, and finalize sales contracts.
- Financing & Insurance: Advise customers on available vehicle finance schemes and insurance options to facilitate the purchase.
- After-Sales Support: Coordinate vehicle delivery, handle customer complaints, and maintain relationships for repeat business or referrals.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead statuses in a CRM or daily report
