Checking the PO for Rates, Styles, Terms, Delivery Dates etc.
Preparing the Job Order accurately and submit within 48 hrs from the receipt of PO.-
a) Check & Confirm correct styles in the masters and style specs.
b) Order for fabric required for the production.
c) Order for the Raw Material required for production (Accessories/Trims/Embroidery/Laundry numbers).
d) Check Availability of Raw Materials & Fabrics with Stores before ordering new stocks.
e) Have the measurements checked by a master for accuracy.
f) Get the calling done with a master for the measurements filled.
