We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote our consultancy services and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and approach potential clients including educational institutions, businesses, startups, healthcare organizations, NGOs, and corporate firms.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Consultancy Sales
Promote Osprey's consulting services in:
- Strategic Planning
- Higher Education Development
- HR Consulting
- Financial Advisory
- Legal & Compliance Services
- Digital Marketing Solutions
Client Engagement
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal consultants to develop customized proposals.
- Follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into business contracts.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
Market Development
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Represent Osprey at business networking events, seminars, conferences, and industry meetings.
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, Marketing Executive, Client Relationship Executive, or similar role.
- Experience in consultancy services, professional services, education, HR, training, legal, financial, or digital marketing sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred
- MBA qualification.
- Existing network among educational institutions, businesses, corporates, or professional organizations.
