Customer Success Manager
Experience: 3-6 Years ( Atleast 1 Year in SaaS/Product-based company experience)
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM) / (07.30 PM - 4.30 AM)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and guide customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to event execution. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and skilled at managing multiple client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Onboard, train, and support customers on the platform.

Provide customer support via chat, phone, and virtual meetings.

Troubleshoot issues and ensure successful event execution.

Build strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience.

Document customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
Requirements:

3-6 years of Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management experience.

Experience supporting SaaS or technology products preferred.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
Tools: Intercom, HubSpot, Slack, Dialpad, Google Workspace.
