Salary Budget: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Incharge to manage and supervise fabrication operations in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should have strong knowledge of heavy fabrication processes, machining activities, production planning, and shop floor management. The role requires ensuring quality standards, productivity targets, and timely execution of manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and supervise daily fabrication and production activities.
Manage heavy fabrication operations and machining processes.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of jobs.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
Manage manpower allocation and shop floor activities.
Maintain productivity, minimize downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
Handle production reports and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Heavy Fabrication and Machining processes.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry operations.
Ability to manage teams and shop floor activities effectively.
Good problem-solving and production planning skills.
Knowledge of quality control standards and fabrication drawings.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience: 6–7 years in Heavy Fabrication / Manufacturing Industry
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
