About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior UKG Ready Consultant with 8–10 years of experience in UKG Workforce Management solutions, including significant hands-on expertise with UKG Ready. The ideal candidate will lead implementations, optimize workforce processes, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UKG Ready implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure and support UKG Ready modules, including:
- Core HR
- Time & Attendance
- Scheduling
- Accruals & Leave Management
- Payroll (preferred)
- Configure pay rules, work rules, attendance policies, holidays, and organizational structures.
- Design and execute data migration, testing, and production deployment activities.
- Conduct workshops with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide production support.
- Develop functional design documents, process documentation, and user guides.
- Support integrations with third-party HR, payroll, and ERP systems.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide best-practice guidance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Workforce Management solutions.
- Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting UKG Ready.
- Strong understanding of workforce management processes and best practices.
- Experience configuring Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and HR modules.
- Strong knowledge of payroll concepts and labor compliance.
- Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- UKG Ready certification.
- Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Ready.
- Experience with API-based integrations and middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
- Experience in Agile project delivery.
- PMP or Scrum certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹801,723.34 - ₹2,397,709.70 per year
Work Location: Remote
