We are looking for an experienced Creative Director / Creative Strategist for a luxury clothing brand targeting international markets.
This role is focused on creative direction, decision-making, and visual judgment rather than hands-on designing.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for guiding the brand’s visual direction and ensuring everything across website, ads, and social media aligns with a premium, luxury aesthetic.
The ideal candidate has a strong sense of taste in fashion, understands what works visually, and can confidently direct designers, video editors, and social media teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and guide website design (banners, product pages, layouts)
- Provide clear direction like: what works, what doesn’t, and what needs improvement
- Lead creative decisions across ads, social media, and campaigns
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing team
- Ensure consistent luxury brand identity across all platforms
- Suggest improvements to enhance visual appeal and conversions
- Give feedback and direction for Instagram content and campaigns
Requirements
- 5–7 years experience in fashion / creative direction / branding
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Ability to critically analyze designs, websites, and creatives
- Experience working with designers, editors, and content teams
- Strong decision-making and creative judgment skills
- Good communication skills (must be able to clearly explain feedback)
Ideal Candidate
- Has a strong eye for what looks premium vs average
- Can confidently say “this works” / “this doesn’t work” and why
- Experience in ecommerce fashion brands is a plus
- Understands Instagram content and visual trends
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
