We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to hospital policies and clinical protocols. The Staff Nurse will work closely with doctors, nursing supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Assess, monitor, and record patients' vital signs, medical conditions, and treatment progress.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical emergencies.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
Follow infection prevention and control guidelines to ensure a safe healthcare environment.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with ethical and legal standards.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
Participate in continuous learning, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Department-specific experience will be an added advantage.
