Key Responsibilities:
- Regular update operational report & BI dashboard, analysis insights and support optimization tasks
- Support demand planning using historical data and country market inputs, including analysis of forecast vs. actual performance
- Work with local cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, operations) to ensure alignment between demand and supply
- Manage order execution for Distribution Center export business
- Demand booking and clean pacing follow the country
- Close follow order status and secure order level SAP data accuracy, supply status update
- Delivery and billing execution with logistics & country
Required Skills:
- Good spoken English with clear communication
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis), basic knowledge on Power BI
- Basic understanding of MRP and SAP (PO/SO operations)
- Knowledge of demand planning and forecast analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and focus on data accuracy
- Internship or project experience in data analysis
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Power BI
