Job Summary:
The Store Helper is responsible for assisting in day-to-day store operations, including stocking goods, maintaining cleanliness, assisting customers, handling loading/unloading, and ensuring proper arrangement of products in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload stock/materials from suppliers.
- Arrange products properly on shelves and racks.
- Check product expiry dates and damaged items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store area.
- Assist customers in finding products.
- Support billing or packing activities when required.
- Ensure proper storage of grocery and other items.
- Carry goods/materials within the store premises.
- Assist during stock counting and inventory checking.
- Follow instructions given by Store Manager/In-charge.
- Maintain discipline and safety at workplace.
Required Skills:
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move goods/materials.
- Hardworking and punctual.
- Teamwork and positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of grocery/store items preferred.
Qualification:
- Minimum: 8th / 10th Pass.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in grocery/store work preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Standing for long hours.
- Handling loading/unloading activities.
- Shift duties may be applicable.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
