A Social Media and Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging visual, written, and video content. They manage a brand's online presence by driving audience interaction, expanding reach, and building community across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Film, photograph, and edit native video and image content. Write compelling captions and long-form copy.
- Platform Management: Oversee and schedule content across digital channels. Tailor the brand voice to fit platform-specific algorithms and audience behaviors.
- Trend Tracking: Stay on top of internet culture, viral trends, audio formats, and competitor strategies.
- Community Engagement: Monitor comments, respond to direct messages (DMs), and interact with the target audience to foster brand loyalty.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach) to make data-driven improvements to the content strategy.
