Job Description
The role involves identifying and mapping upcoming projects within the assigned territory while analyzing the competitive landscape and local architectural trends. The incumbent will assess customer requirements, buying practices, and market reputation to effectively position KALCO’s offerings. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, leading stakeholder discussions, and ensuring seamless handover to the execution team for project delivery as per agreed terms. The role also requires managing collections, securing client testimonials as evidence of performance, and nurturing long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Educational Qualification
Graduation/ post-graduation in preferably Civil, Mechanical, Management subject/s.
Work Experience
Relevant experience in project sales having good network of Builders and Architects
Salary
Salary would not be a constraint for a good candidates
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
