1. Facilities & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee office upkeep including housekeeping, security, repair & maintenance of building, furniture/fixtures, intercom, escalators, and CCTV systems.
- Plan and execute infrastructure development projects (renovations, expansions, seating arrangements, floor plans).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace hygiene protocols.
- Monitor scrap disposal and ensure environmentally responsible practices.
2. Vendor & Contract Management
- Maintain updated contracts with vendors/agencies for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other services.
- Negotiate terms, monitor service delivery, and ensure timely bill clearance.
- Liaise with government authorities for compliance and legal matters.
3. Employee Support & Welfare
- Manage employee travel arrangements (Uber Corporate account for local travel, outstation travel wherever support required).
- Oversee insurance renewals (Mediclaim, accidental, workmen compensation), employee enrolments/removals, and claims settlement.
- Ensure availability of office supplies (stationery, groceries, refreshments) and welfare items for staff and visitors.
- Support employee engagement activities (birthday celebrations, festivals, events).
- Structure and oversee facilities in travel & ticketing of visiting employees, outstation stay budgets & contracts and suggest improvements
4. Technology & Communication
- Supervise billing and usage of internet, telephone, and SIM cards for new joiners.
- Ensure smooth functioning of intercom systems and communication infrastructure.
5. Compliance & Legal
- Attend legal case hearings and represent the organization in administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and government liaison for approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, courier registers, and daily entry reports.
6. Financial Budgeting
- Approve, monitor and operate budgets for administrative activities.
- Manage imprest money or advances issued.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and cost optimization in facilities management.
Experience & Education:
· Experience of 10-15 years in administration / construction.
· Preferably a degree / diploma in Civil Engineering, having in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in building construction & renovation projects
· Good to have facilities administration experience
· Must be capable of handling legal / regulatory compliances and liaison with govt agencies as and when required
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
