- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI.
- Hands on experience in Power Automate.
- Experience in projects with Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Power BI.
- Excellent documentation and process mapping skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
