To act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving key initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and enabling seamless execution of organizational priorities. This role demands strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and program management skills, along with the ability to anticipate and support the CEO’s needs.
Work closely with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Product, etc.) to identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in program execution.
Track and monitor key business initiatives, providing timely updates, dashboards, and insights to the CEO.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Prepare business reports, presentations, and strategic documents for board meetings, leadership reviews, and investor discussions.
Anticipate the CEO’s requirements, ensuring decisions are well-informed and meetings are productive.
Drive follow-ups on critical decisions, ensuring accountability and timely execution across teams.
Support special projects, partnerships, and transformation initiatives directly led by the CEO.
Strong program management and strategic execution skills.
Excellent business communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to think strategically while managing detail-oriented execution.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to connect dots across multiple functions.
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in program management, business strategy, consulting, or CEO/Leadership Office roles.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff supporting senior leadership is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data analysis.
