About Auralith
Auralith is a premium home décor and artifact brand specializing in curated décor pieces, art objects, and styling accessories for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our client network and grow brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through online research, social media, referrals, and networking.
* Connect with architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality brands, and potential clients.
* Follow up on enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
* Maintain and regularly update the CRM database.
* Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
* Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Identify partnership opportunities with architects, interior designers, and retail partners.
* Support digital marketing initiatives and help convert marketing leads into sales opportunities.
* Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities when required.
* Track sales activities and achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements & Skills
* 0–1 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client servicing.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Confidence in client interaction and relationship building.
* Good presentation and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Interest in interior design, architecture, home décor, luxury products, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
