Mind & Matter is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer Intern to join our E-learning team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in Instructional Design, E-learning, and Learning & Development.
The selected candidate will assist in creating engaging learning content, presentations, and training materials while leveraging Microsoft Office tools and Generative AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional and visually engaging learning materials by using PowerPoint.
- Assist in designing and developing e-learning and training content.
- Research, organise, and structure content for learning modules.
- Use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for content development and documentation.
- Utilise Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI platforms to support content creation.
- Review, edit, and update learning materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Follow instructional design guidelines and content standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree completed in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates interested in pursuing a career in Instructional Design, E-learning, Learning & Development, or Content Development.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of instructional design or e-learning concepts.
- Experience creating presentations, academic projects, or training materials.
