About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Project Manager to manage and coordinate international digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and internal teams effectively. The candidate should be comfortable working in a night shift to coordinate with international clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple international digital marketing projects from planning to successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements, project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Paid Marketing, Content, Design, Development, and other teams.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, task assignments, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed scope and quality standards.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to track project progress.
- Identify project delays, risks, and dependencies and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Communicate project updates, progress, challenges, and deliverables to clients.
- Handle client queries, feedback, revisions, and escalations professionally.
- Conduct regular internal and client meetings whenever required.
- Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, discussions, and deliverables.
- Monitor team performance and ensure accountability for assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with the management and relevant departments for smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for improving project processes, productivity, and delivery efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Digital Marketing Agency experience is mandatory.
- Experience managing international clients/projects will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC/Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Web Development.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with international markets.
Good to Have
- Experience working with clients from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or other international markets.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience with CRM and communication tools.
- Strong understanding of project workflows, KPIs, SLAs, and delivery processes.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
