Business Development Manager (Remote / Work From Home)
About the Role
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Business Development Managers with fluent english to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote opportunity for professionals who have prior experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
The ideal candidate should be confident in handling sales calls, conducting online meetings, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with qualified leads provided through the CRM.
- Understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Conduct sales calls and Google Meet presentations with prospective clients.
- Explain company services, solutions, and business benefits.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable conducting sales presentations via Google Meet.
- Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, SaaS, Franchise Sales, IT Services, or Consulting Sales will be preferred.
