We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Quality Analyst to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing, with a strong ability to identify defects, write comprehensive test cases, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Experience in API testing and creating clear, actionable reports is essential.
Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and user stories.
Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and backend applications to identify UI/UX and functional bugs.
Conduct thorough API testing, including request/response validation, status codes, and error handling.
Prepare detailed Bug Reports and Closure Reports with metrics, defect summaries, and test coverage.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure issue resolution and quality delivery.
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in software testing.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test design, and test execution.
Good understanding of REST APIs and hands-on API testing experience.
Sharp attention to detail with a natural ability to identify edge cases and potential bugs.
Strong communication skills to create well-documented reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
