Location: Mumbai/ Delhi/ Ahmedabad
The Telecaller will be the first point of contact for many of our potential participants. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to schools, parents, and students to introduce them to Codeavour International, generate leads, onboard schools, and drive registrations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a persuasive and friendly demeanour, dedicated to helping us expand our global footprint.
Roles and Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to a curated list of potential schools, academic partners, and individual registrants.

Lead Generation & Nurturing: Introduce the Codeavour program, its benefits, and registration process, addressing any initial queries or concerns.

Sales Conversion: Guide potential registrants through the enrollment process, aiming to convert leads into confirmed participants.

Database Management: Maintain and update an accurate record of all call interactions, lead status, and progress.

Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on call volumes, conversion rates, and feedback from prospects.

Market Feedback: Collect and relay feedback from potential or past participants or partners to the marketing and education teams to help improve our strategies and product messaging.
Requirements & Skills Required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (10+2 is a minimum requirement). A bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role / Freshers are welcome too

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and confident speaking voice.

Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a positive, resilient attitude towards rejections.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic computer applications.
