Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, drive showroom sales, and deliver an excellent buying experience in our furniture showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and offers clearly
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers on delivery and post-sales support
- Maintain showroom display standards and product knowledge
- Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in furniture or retail showroom sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of furniture materials, designs, and trends is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (billing / CRM preferred)
