Architech Labs is looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused Social Media Manager to join our team in Gurugram. We are seeking someone who can independently create engaging content, shoot and edit videos, manage social media platforms, and drive audience growth for our smart home and building automation brand.
This role is ideal for a candidate who understands social media trends, enjoys storytelling through content, and can transform ideas into high-performing Reels, posts, and campaigns. The candidate should be comfortable handling the complete content creation process—from ideation and planning to shooting, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and brand goals.
- Plan, create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Manage Instagram as the primary growth channel and drive audience engagement.
- Create high-quality Reels, Stories, Posts, and short-form video content.
- Generate creative content ideas and execute them independently.
- Maintain a structured content calendar and posting schedule.
- Stay updated with industry trends, viral formats, trending audio, and platform updates.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Assist with basic SEO and content optimization initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for growth and improvement.
- Support paid social media campaigns and promotional activities when required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies and platform algorithms.
- Ability to independently shoot high-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Excellent video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong content ideation, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities.
- Experience creating and managing Reels-first content strategies.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media management tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Strong communication, organizational, and execution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
- Experience running social media advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of smart home technology, home automation, technology products, or luxury lifestyle content is a plus.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
