Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Promote website development, web design, and digital marketing services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Handle objections professionally and close deals over the phone.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 6 Months – 5 Years of experience in International Telesales, Website Sales, Outbound Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent English communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
- Basic knowledge of website services or digital marketing is an added advantage.
