- Responsible for operation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment of the coal washery plant.
- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as coal crushers, screens, belt conveyors, vibro feeders, pumps, hydrocyclones, centrifuges, thickeners, slurry pumps and dewatering systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and minimise plant downtime.
- Ensure smooth operation of the Coal Handling Plant (CHP) and washery process equipment.
- Supervise installation, commissioning and alignment of machinery.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, equipment inspection reports and breakdown analysis reports.
- Maintain spare inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Coordinate with operation, electrical and production teams for uninterrupted plant operation.
- Ensure safety compliance, SOP implementation and statutory requirements.
- Handle contractors and maintenance manpower activities.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and maintenance records.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
