JOB DESCRIPTION – CRM MANAGER
Department: MDO (MD Office)
Industry: Manufacturing – Plastic Molding – Automotive Components for OEMs & Appliances
Location: Gurgaon (Narsingpur)
Experience: 4–12 Years Relevant Experience
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline) / MBA Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for OEM, domestic, and international customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and feedback professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients, suppliers, freight partners, and business associates.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Procurement, Tool Room, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Track order status, production schedules, dispatch planning, and customer commitments.
- Monitor customer requirements and ensure timely deliveries as per agreed schedules.
- Prepare and maintain customer MIS reports, order status reports, and management dashboards.
- Handle export documentation, shipment coordination, and logistics-related activities.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and customs agents for timely movement of goods.
- Knowledge of freight calculations, logistics costing, and transportation planning.
- Support new product development projects and coordinate customer approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, transactions, and documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of customer issues and effective resolution of complaints.
- Support management in strategic planning, customer retention, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong customer relationship management and coordination skills.
- Experience handling OEM customers and manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of Export Documentation, Import Procedures, Freight Calculations, and Logistics Coordination.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management and Order Fulfillment Processes.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and customer MIS.
- Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
