Job Overview:
Responsible for delivering high-quality education, ensuring conceptual clarity, and supporting overall student development through effective teaching practices aligned with CBSE curriculum.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per CBSE curriculum
Ensure strong subject understanding and concept clarity among students
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials
Conduct regular evaluations and monitor student progress
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Use innovative and activity-based teaching methodologies
Provide individual attention and support to students
Collaborate with academic team and participate in school activities
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong subject knowledge in relevant discipline
Bachelor of Education B.Ed is mandatory for both PRT and TGT positions
Good communication and classroom management skills
Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and teaching methods
Ability to engage and motivate students
Passion for teaching and student development
