Job Overview
A Senior Sales Executive in an Insurance TPA (Third Party Administrator) company is responsible for driving high-value business, managing key accounts, and leading complex sales cycles with corporates, brokers, and insurers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Acquire large corporate clients for group health insurance administration
Build strong relationships with:
HR heads and decision-makers in corporates
Insurance brokers and consultants
Insurance companies
Promote TPA services such as:
Cashless hospitalization networks
Claims management
Employee health benefits administration
Lead end-to-end sales cycle:
Lead generation → Presentation → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
Handle key accounts and ensure long-term retention
Cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients
Work closely with operations and claims teams for smooth onboarding
Mentor junior sales executives (in some organizations)
Track competition, pricing, and market trends
Pay: ₹9,754.81 - ₹33,800.67 per month
