Job Description:
responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, emails, or chats professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and issues politely
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and service guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff when required
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
- Patience and polite behavior
- Basic computer knowledge

Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate
Computer knowledge is mandatory
Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
Communication skills in English, Hindi, would be an advantage, but not mandatory
