We're on the lookout for a System Support Coordinator. As a System Support Coordinator, you will:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
- Support the integration and implementation of new systems and applications.
- Assist with regulatory reporting activities.
- Support data correction and validation, including tier structure and claim data changes.
- Perform data analysis and quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance of submitted files.
- Manage SFTP workflows, including posting outbound files and downloading inbound files for processing.
- Generate and analyze system reports, including Month-End reporting
- Coordinate the exchange of files to and from external vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and triage help desk tickets; provide support for user account activation, deactivation, and general system access issues.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and security within systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
- Other duties as assigned.

Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in system support and administration.
- Knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using system support tools and software.
