- Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration)
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors
- Assist doctors during procedures, rounds, and emergencies
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
- Ensure proper infection control practices and hygiene standards
- Handle medical equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care
- Educate patients and their families about treatment and care plans
- Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity
- Coordinate with other departments for patient care services
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols (e.g., NABH guidelines)
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration (State Nursing Council)
