- Showroom Operations
- Open and close the showroom as per company timings.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the showroom.
- Monitor daily operations and maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
- Ensure fresh flowers and bouquets are displayed attractively.
- Sales & Customer Service
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Suggest suitable bouquets, floral arrangements, and gift options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, gift shop, florist shop, or showroom management.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, billing software, and inventory management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
