About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in running and optimizing lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on:
2.Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
3.Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing)
4. Generate high-quality leads through paid campaigns
5.Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, ROAS, and conversions
6.Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
7.Create and manage ad copies, creatives, and landing page coordination
8.Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
9.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
10.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Lead Generation Campaigns
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and remarketing
Good analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
Proven track record of generating leads through paid campaigns
Experience handling budgets and optimizing campaign performance
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
Performance-oriented mindset
Creative and data-driven approach
Experience working with B2B or B2C lead generation campaigns is a plus
