Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Intern

Job Summary
The B2B Sales Executive Intern will support the sales team in developing and managing business-to-business relationships to drive revenue through corporate bookings, partnerships, and events. The role provides hands-on exposure to hospitality sales, with a focus on leveraging the resort’s guest reviews, ratings, and service reputation to build credibility and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for corporate tie-ups, travel agencies, event planners, and institutional clients
- Assist in outreach activities including calls, emails, and meetings with potential B2B clients
- Promote the resort by highlighting guest reviews, ratings, and service quality in client interactions
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and corporate agreements
- Coordinate site visits and assist in showcasing resort facilities to prospective clients
- Maintain and update CRM records, lead trackers, and sales reports
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, F&B, Events) for smooth execution of bookings
- Conduct basic market research on competitors and industry trends
- Follow up with leads and assist in conversion of opportunities
- Support the sales team in achieving business development targets
Requirements
Experience
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience
- Prior internship or exposure to sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in B2B sales and client relationship management
- Ability to present offerings using reputation-based selling (reviews and ratings)
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
