Job description
- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and software issues
- Assist with installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and asset management
- Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and IT security practices
- Reports to IT Manager
Essential Skills and Requirements
- BE / BTECH, BSC Computer Science or any other IT and Tech Related Graduation / Post Graduation Degree
- Openness to work in shift / weekend working patterns as per the shift roaster decided by the IT Manager
