Core Responsibilities
- Physical Verification: Perform physical stock counts (cycle counts, spot checks) at Factories and COCO stores
- Discrepancy Investigation: Identify, document, and analyze inventory variances, including damaged goods, slow-moving items, and shortages.
- Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present audit reports to management, outlining findings and recommending improvements.
- Process Control: Evaluate and enforce internal controls, compliance with inventory policies, and safety procedures.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile inventory records and adjust system stock levels, ensuring accuracy for financial reporting
